These are beautiful bowls. The glass is thick and durable, you can see through it clearly. Bamboo lids are eco-friendly and look great. However, I'm about 50/50 on the sealed quality of the lids. The two lids close very tightly and if I turn the bowl upside down they still stay tight. The other two covers open too easily. However, they do seal up a bit because they offer little resistance when you take them off. However, if you turn these two bowls upside down, the lids will fall off. These bowls not only look great, but are also very functional. You can use them in the fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. The bowls are dishwasher safe, although the bamboo lids require hand washing. The bowls fit inside each other easily, which also makes them easy to store. Everything was packaged very well with layers of protection between each bowl and lid.
