I liked that it had Linux plug-n-play support, the sound quality was good (albeit a bit quiet, the background noise canceling might have been too active) and it had a decent focus on my voice when he spoke. The product was well assembled and came with all the necessary cables. I didn't like that it automatically switched the audio output to itself and kept turning it on (the mute indicator came back on about 10 minutes after I pressed it to mute it). The mic re-muting issue can cause some awkward moments unless you also mute the mic in a conferencing software. Generally do not recommend to others if turning on the microphone does not solve the problem.
