Size XL fits size 18-22
So I have this and it's ok but I usually wear between 14 and 16 so I'm size XL but it overlaps too much, it looks a little chunky when i wrap it. I'm not sure if the smaller size would be too small. I think xl is enough, maybe 18-20 is better. The rest is OK.
