Review on 🌬️ Google Nest Thermostat Snow - Smart WiFi Thermostat for Home with Programmable Features by David Perez

I ordered sand and expected a rose gold color but didn't realize the front of this item is a mirror so it looks like pure chrome. I don't hate it, but it took some getting used to. The controls on the actual thermostat are so difficult to use. Instead of rotating the dial and tapping to select, there's a 2-inch bar that you operate with your finger, it's unintuitive and very difficult to use. I want to get the same model as my last house. While it's older and less elegant, it's a lot easier to use when it comes to controlling a thermostat. This is my first Google Home product and it was very easy to set up with the app. The controls are so annoying and frustrating that I gave it 2 stars. When I start touching that control strip I'm trying to turn on the heating and all of a sudden I've selected WiFi off and then I'm trying to keep my finger in the right area to go back and then I'm on another random screen. because I messed up with my finger again. I'm too lazy to go and come back.
