Using this bakeware our team found that we could easily make perfect Madeleines at home. The non-stick surface ensured that the cakes slid OUT effortlessly, leaving them with a lovely golden crust.The durable construction meant we could use it over and over again without it losing its shape. The only downside was the size, which could be a bit small if you're making lots of Madeleines at once.
