Works great. I've been using it for about 6 shifts now. The sound is clear and loud, as it should be. No complaints from others about the lavalier mic. It also has a transmit button on the radio, which is handy if you hold your hand next to the radio, you can press a button and talk without reaching for your lapel. Earphones take some getting used to in a few offsets. The first few layers it bothered my ear after a few hours. Now I don't even notice it anymore. The quality seems to be good. I recommend it to anyone in public service.
