I wasn't sure about this device but when I tried it with the suggested week 1 protocol (weekly offer card included with the product) I knew that it was serious training! I've done 4 sets of 30 reps on the beginner apparatus and I'm already feeling a difference in blood flow and muscle activation in my jaw, neck and sides of my face to my temples. It doesn't hurt, but I'm sure if I overdo it and decide to chew on this thing for an hour, I would suffer. This is serious equipment that gives parts of my body that I never thought I could strengthen with a really good workout. Can't wait to see how it goes next month!
