Best toner for unwanted warm undertones
I've tried several different toners to take the heat out of my highlights. This product did it in 15 minutes. I was nervous because my hair got darker during the treatment but my hair looks great and feels healthy. I highly recommend it for orange midtones or highlights that are too dark.
