What happened? in Shampoo & Conditioner
I use this shampoo all the time and have never had a problem. I bought these 4 packs and each bottle is all lumpy and rough. You have to squeeze the bottle really hard and when the shampoo comes out it's gross. It's all clumpy and feels awful on my hand so I definitely don't put it on my hair. ROUGH. What a waste of money! I would recommend the shampoo but not from the shipper as it appears to have been either improperly stored or very old.
