My screen cracked after applying water glass and they do not cover screen replacement insurance. I have used similar products in the past and have never had a problem registering them properly and getting a prompt refund for screen repairs. This product has a much more complicated registration process as it requires you to record screen videos that require a second phone. We shot a video, uploaded it and then received nothing from them. There is no confirmation that I have sent my registration. This bothered me so I tried registering it again and got a notification that my registration had already been submitted for approval. When I then went to make a claim, I was told that I had not yet completed the registration and therefore could not make a claim. They insist that I received an email that my registration was incomplete. I have not received such an email. Your system failed to load and did not notify me and I pay the price. Money!
