Not worth it - service, maintenance and repair

I don't usually write reviews but after seeing how I got this for a rather expensive tablet I thought I should let people know that this stuff is no good. I got it because some people rated it well. I wanted something that would protect my galaxy s7 plus tablet. I took my tablet with me for 1 day and it had a case on it. Didn't drop anything. The result is a tear down the middle. The best screen protector I've ever bought, value for money!

This product really surprised me! I have to be honest, I was very scared to use it at first. I've ALWAYS used self-adhesive plexiglass screen protectors, but I wanted my new Galaxy to be securely protected. The app turned out to be a lot easier than I thought! I just followed the instructions which were so simple and clear and in about 45 minutes my phone was fully secure. Service claim not met

My screen cracked after applying water glass and they do not cover screen replacement insurance. I have used similar products in the past and have never had a problem registering them properly and getting a prompt refund for screen repairs. This product has a much more complicated registration process as it requires you to record screen videos that require a second phone. We shot a video, uploaded it and then received nothing from them. There is no confirmation that I have sent my registration.
