Decided to buy 2 of these as the price was pretty cheap. I honestly wasn't expecting much but they are great! Arrived quickly, tested right away on my Windows 7 laptop, Windows recognized the device immediately and installed the drivers and it worked 100%. We've tried several older micro SD cards as well as larger SD cards that we've stored media files on for years and have instant access to them! I then put it in my windows 10 64 bit system and same thing, windows drivers installed it 100% with no issues. Like the laptop, the PC could also display various micro SD and SD cards without any problems. I ordered them because I need something as neither my HP laptop nor my new AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor system I built have SD or Micro. SD adapters or connectors, I have an old micro card reader on the front but it doesn't work well with Windows 10 as it's very old. To be honest, these little gadgets do a great job. We have multiple security cameras, not to mention handheld cameras and other devices that store media files on micro SD cards, and finding ways to literally view our media files has always been so tiresome. I bought extra for my parents as they really needed something this simple. I would highly recommend this product and may order a few more, I only have them for 1 day but if they last they are worth it. I only used the larger USB side (not the smaller Type-C). I love how easy they are and both worked straight away. If you have a lot of old media on SD cards and want to store them on your PC or have things like CCTV cameras with micro SD cards, this product is for you. it was for me! Now I can swap SD cards in devices and replace new ones without losing my data!
