Review on 🐠 Laifoo 25ft Aquarium Gravel Cleaner and Water Changer Vacuum for Fish Tank by Jason Whitaker

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No reference in aquarium cleaners

Not everyone thinks the same, I had no idea how to make it as easy as it might be for some. The lack of included instructions made it confusing as to what goes where. I changed my 1 star to four because I finally found out by lucky breaks. I had everything ready and tried to start the suction with the hand pump. Nothing worked. So I decided to reverse the hand pump and it worked after a few squeezes. At the very least, it should indicate which end is connected where. The quality of things is pretty good, good nozzles and good quality hose. There are no leaks at all. There is a nozzle on the side of the tank for the hose to pass through so it doesn't get pinched at the top of the tank, which is a nice feature. The vacuum tube was too small for my 125 gallons, luckily the hose fit my arm-length vacuum tube. I really wish it was for the pump function so I didn't have to type in a sip of fish water (I'm a bit slow lol). Not sure if I should keep the whole block but I'll use it a few more times and then decide to keep it. If you have a large tank, the vacuum pipe will not be big enough, only about 7 inches long. Fine for a 10-20 gallon tank but not more so as long as you don't mind dipping your hands in the fish water. I'm always afraid of ruining the biofilter by sticking my hands in the tank or if my shirt gets in there because of soap residue. I worry too much, but hey, I'd rather play it safe. I hope that was helpful. Give him a thumbs up if he did and good luck. It was one of the best selling devices. For the price, I think it's worth it if the tube size is right for you. I had a spare, so everything was ready. Otherwise I would have never used it and sent it back. I'm glad I could try.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
