Very moisturizing to damaged hair but easy on my thin and fine hair! I'm very picky about hair products as I try to grow out damaged hair after bleaching it. I've been using the Macadamia Oil Hair Mask for years, but thought I'd try something new for a change. I got this Sephora hair serum for my birthday and I love the smell of it (the main reason I pray for this deep conditioner). Initially, this conditioner has a strong smell from the container, but after washing it out of the hair, the smell is not that heavy and thick. Most deep conditioners are too heavy or leave marks on my Asian fine hair (which defeats the purpose of washing my hair). This is a conditioner and I will buy it again but switch to macadamia hair mask as this conditioner is quite expensive.
