ORDER ONE SIZE OR 2 MORE! I don't know what I was thinking when I ordered medium after having twins via c-section but I changed it back to size XL! I don't have any before and after photos, just the photos I've posted, but I can tell you my stomach has dropped a lot after wearing them for just a month! Unfortunately I have diastasis rectus abdominis which I will have to correct within the next year but this has given me a great start! It's definitely worth the money! I weigh 160 pounds (right now postpartum) and normally weigh 145 pounds. I wear pants in sizes 8-10 and shirts in sizes L-XL (chest 36 DD). just to give you an idea. In the pictures I wear size XL and it fits great! You can see up close where I'm comfortable tightening the velcro for a snug fit - just over the line but still works great! I might have to buy a big one in the next few months. Overall: very supportive, good quality, breathable, safe, shrinkable! Great value, great coverage! Bulky under work clothes - I mostly wear these "out" at home. I have others that are similar to Spanx that I wear more. UPDATE: 2 weeks after writing this I definitely need a smaller size since mine Continue to lose belly and weight L now!
