. But I want to go ahead and start my review. For $20 this band is amazing. It is very durable. It's very solid. It contains everything you need to remove/add links to make it smaller. I removed 3 and they fit perfectly. It was very easy to add it on my back. The only downside so far is that the parts that connect the strip to the back DO NOT stay in the strip. So they felt awkward several times while I was putting everything together. The advantage of this cheat is that when everything is put together it doesn't seem to fall down.
