This is quality underwear but definitely a size up.
I bought these to wear under Halloween costumes for my 3 and 5 year olds and also intend to use them as a layer to play in the snow. It is a very thick but elastic material. Very convenient. They are a little smaller than expected and will shrink a bit in the wash. Luckily I bought one size bigger for each child.
