Reels appear solid overall but time will tell. I like that they are rubberized and roll very quietly on hard surfaces. Ease of installation earned a low 3-star rating because the caster frame height was not as tall as the original casters. Due to the lower frame height, it was necessary to shorten the mounting bolts so that they would not hit the rollers when turning the wheelset. That was easy, but it's an annoying extra step. On 10/12/19 the rating was downgraded to three stars. With further use, I found that the lower frame height on the caster wheels caused the wheels to rub against the bottom of the cart when rotated 90 degrees. I now need to make washers that go under their mounting plate (1/4") to avoid interference. I love how quiet these wheels are and will probably buy a second set for one of our other rubber bogies.
