It opens easily and is not secure - so whatever you want.
Very cheap and doesn't stick! I bought it to hang my car keys in my purse. It's easy to open and unreliable so anything you attach can easily fall out. Don't waste money on it!

- The leather isn't super strong, but it's also not super thin or brittle. Would buy again
Cons
- The bolt latch can easily break or loosen over time, resulting in the loss of keys.
