Not as good as expected
The fit is fine. They are designed to fit a very wide range of sizes. So if your kid is on the small end of this range, they're going to be quite floppy and bulky. One pair had the thread pulled right out of the box - an immediate hole in the knee. I fixed it but I doubt it will hold up over time.

- May not be breathable enough and cause excessive sweating
