My New Favorite Toothpaste

In my old age I finally had all my wisdom teeth removed after one of them became painful. In recovery I was looking for a toothbrush with really soft bristles. Dentists recommend soft toothbrushes anyway. I couldn't find a basic brush with very soft bristles in local stores, so I gave Revain a try. I went for a pack of 10 toothbrushes which are said to be very soft. They were surprisingly soft, but only lasted a couple of weeks each before the bristles grew too wide to clean effectively. Then I tried these. These bristles are also extremely soft, but at the same time seem hard (how can that be?). This is the best compromise between softness and cleaning power I have ever found. I've been using the first one for 7 weeks and the bristles still show little sign of flare. I was a little concerned that the bamboo grips wouldn't be as smooth as the plastic that goes past my lips - it's not as smooth, but the feel is quite nice. Also, these bamboo toothbrushes look really pretty in my toothbrush holder!
