This is a very useful and easy to use tool. I installed a factory hitch along with a factory wiring harness on our 2017 Acura MDX - while everything ran smoothly, there was no way to test the connection without a trailer. Since we don't have our own trailer (we always rent or borrow one) I didn't want to wait until the day we actually need the trailer to determine if everything is set up and working. This tool was exactly what I needed. In the car, my wife pressed the brakes, turn signals, reverse lights, etc. and every single light came on, letting me know everything was working. This tool saved me time finding a spot and checking the hitch and now I can check the belt every time before using it in the future. The tool looks solid and well built so I expect it to last a long time.
