didn't really improve my posture over time but saved me from injury at work. I wore it every day when I was working unloading trucks. Saved me from pain! On the days when my back was bothering me, I pulled it up a bit and it always helped a lot. Yes, it didn't improve my posture by having better posture after wearing it, but my posture was great while it was on me! It also had a major impact on my back pain. I liked it so much that I kept it in the car on the days I was working particularly hard, even though I've switched to less stressful work. Then I lost it on my last move! I am now pregnant and have been desperately trying to search my house and car but have been frustrated. I'm really considering buying it again if the abdominal brace ordered isn't enough. Upper back pain is no joke and this product really makes the difference.
