Awesome resource; perfect timing - just moved from New York City
I like how easy it is for me, as an employee of this service, to search through all available job postings in order find ones suited perfectly my skillset and experience level. This allows us at least be proactive rather than reactive when looking for new opportunities to apply our expertise. The ease with which we can filter by location makes searching easier too! We have been able to save so much time compared to other online services by not having to sift through endless applications only to get rejected because they are full up already. It's great to know there will always still be open positions out there even if some people may think otherwise.
Pros

- Greatly decreased amount spent per hour while applying.
- No need t o sit around waiting days or weeks hoping your application gets submitted; once accepted you receive payment almost immediately after submission (within 1 day)
- Very fast turnaround times from employers posting jobs/resumes due date changes etc., allowing quick processing without needing excessive back & forth between submitters / recruiters
