Love the look of the brush (those neon triple colored brushes are so ugly in my serene bathroom). Love that it is eco friendly. It is a soft brush (recommended by dentists so that you don't damage your teeth/gums). So if you are not used to soft bristles, it may feel odd at first or that it's not properly cleaning, but if you brush vigorously for two minutes and make sure you get every tooth, they will be clean.I gave it four stars only because a couple of plastic bristles have fallen off within the first month of use. Not a big deal as 1 or 2 missing bristles don't affect the effectiveness of the brush. Just thought they fell off a bit soon after first use.
