Perfect for my 2006 Ford Explorer 4.0L SOCH
To install the thermostat housing without further dismantling of the electrical and cooling water connections it is recommended to remove the thermostat head. However, the three screws supplied were not of the same quality as the original screws, so the threads were damaged and could not be used. Instead I used the original three screws on the thermostat housing and the problem was solved.
