Quickly Remedied for my opinion
Lock pulled apart when taking it out of the box for the first time. The fixed end literally fell out from the locking mechanism. Give it a strong tug and dont trust it until you do.We all make mistakes. It is how you take ownership and make it right. This seller did exactly that. The replacement works flawlessly!
