Just what I needed for my home office! I was concerned that this dock would not work, I deviated from the Dell Lightning Dock manual where this model fell under 'supported' but not 'recommended' for the Latitude 5420. I have no complaint! I hooked it up to my 34 inch LG monitor and didn't have to fiddle with any settings. It even works with my 2020 iPad Pro, which was a pleasant surprise. The recommended model would cost me over $500, so I'm definitely not mad that this one works for half the price! Check the Dell website to see which dock your laptop supports. Their guide is pretty easy to follow and can save you a lot of guesswork and time!
- Easy to set up and small is good. Enough density for multiple monitors and USB ports.
- stopped working exactly after 6 months (end of technical support).
