The only reason I rate it so badly is because I think it might be defective. I had a hard time connecting it to my iPhone and once paired it disconnected on its own and every time I tried to print something it gave a popup saying it wasn't connected. Last but not least, they gave me the wrong color. Pink beak and green body. I didn't care as long as it worked. I will give an update when the problem is fixed. I had high hopes for this mini printer. TO UPDATE! NO PROBLEMS USING ANDROID,…. Not intended for Apple devices! My Poooli printer turned out to work better with an Android phone than my Iphone. Also tried with the iPad, the result is the same. It didn't want to link, it linked during any other pattern I wanted to use. It was uncomfortable. But with my Galaxy tablet and phone, everything went smoothly with no issues.
