My wife was the primary user of this bag. Here is her review: I use this bag as my daily work bag. This bag is the perfect size for my computer, accessories and work documents. I have a hard case attached to my laptop, which I then put in an extra soft case (better safe than sorry). The bag has a compartment for your laptop but nothing too heavy to prevent a sudden drop. The color is great, mostly because it's neutral and overall it's a very appealing design. Using a backpack is easier on my back and just more comfortable. I would not bring a bag to client meetings as I would be using my more formal bag. After all, it's still a backpack. It's also a great bag for students who bring their computers or tablets to school.
