They screwed up my order twice

I love the style of the shoes but they screwed up my order twice. My first order never arrived and the replacement order was the wrong size and looked used. The laces were already tied and there was dirt on both shoes. The box said 11.5 but I'm a size 12 and they are a bit big for me. I actually ordered these after returning a pair of Mahalos because they had an opening that was too big and didn't rub well on my ankles. I've had a few pairs of Globes in the past with no problems, just seem to have bad luck.
