The light works great and is bright. The wiring harness is very nice, straight, easy to install. The light mounts are made of thinner metal with 8 very small screws, washers and lock washers that are very difficult to assemble. The bar set that came with this set was not universal at all. The smallest rubber insert was still too small for my stock rack on a Honda 420 Rancher. The cheap screws ripped off when I tried to add some of the adhesive strips that come with the kit. I ended up drilling holes in the flat part of the post and installing the lantern without a set of crossbars. If I could buy it again, I would only buy the lamp!
