Review on 🌂 Stylish Totes Close Umbrella in Classic Black - Made in Britain! by Marina Smith

I bought this umbrella in August 2019 to replace my previous umbrella that I have been using for many years after it had several small holes in the fabric. The new screen has only been used ten times and is already broken. Not from the wind, mind you, but it no longer opens and closes. I cut my fingers to shreds on the temples trying to force them open or shut. The problem is that part of the bar doesn't move up or down and when I finally get it to move it's almost impossible to snap into place. I don't think Totes umbrellas are made with the quality they deserve their reputation for. When I decided to return it based on a lifetime warranty, I realized that the cost of shipping to Totes and the $5 fee to return it after 4-6 weeks was not worth the hassle. I doubt I'll ever be fooled by Totes again when I find a new brand of choice for my umbrellas.
