I didn't even realize the mains charger never turned on until I came here to write a bad review. A short USB charging cable was included. No problem with that. And I loved how you could press the button and there were mini LEDs that showed how much battery was left, but that feature just didn't work anymore today. I only used it on my music stand for about an hour and used it to light up some reading material for maybe half an hour and my wife used it to light up a small picture she was spending hours drawing. The light still works but the battery indicator stopped working and the charger was not included. So if I'm somewhere without a computer, I can't charge it.
