I was pleasantly surprised to see that the position and angles of the bracket matched. The disappointing thing is that all of the included screws are too big for the holes. Why are you shipping screws that are larger than the holes in your product? That's stupid. At this point you have two options: drill holes and use screws, or go to the hardware store and buy new screws. The stock screws are actually studs that go into the converter. This is much more convenient due to the placement and position of the transducer. This way you don't have to hold the bolt tight and at the same time try to screw the nut in the tightest of spaces. I recommend loosening the top screws a bit so you can line up the mount screw once you have the mount screw in place and can gently tighten the top screws.
