With Zone One protein bars (Fudge Graham Crackers) and a protein drink in the morning - the quality of life is much better now, plus I'm starving until lunchtime not.However, when I started eating bars from this order, the chocolate was half melted from the bar (this has never happened) is still edible (but the chocolate on the wrapper - breaks off and goes a mess).
