This towel is unlike any other towel I have ever used. It's thin and made of a unique material, very different from the terry beach towels we're used to. I couldn't wait to spend a day at the beach trying this towel out. So I used it after my shower and BOOM! I was a convert! This towel is highly absorbent, soft and smooth against the skin and dries very quickly. My Ocoopa towel also kept me warm as I ran from the shower to my bedroom. The towel's unique material offers excellent wind protection, which is an added benefit when I come out of the cold sea water. I haven't tried it on sand yet. But since there is no lint on the towel like traditional towels, it is unlikely that prickly sand could get lodged in this towel like our old beach towels always did. This towel is SUPER light. Honestly I can't wait to take my new towel to the beach! I also ordered the Ocoopa beach blanket. I hope I'm as happy with it as I am with this towel! I will buy the bohemian design as soon as it's back in stock! LOVE IT! I feel like I discovered the cool secret behind these towels. Who knew?!? Thank you Okupa!
