The turbo works autonomously without even holding down the button and can L1 L2 R1 and R2 OX square and triangle full button sets except no turbo for any other button. Hold the turbo button while pressing the aforementioned button and it becomes semi-turbo, hold the turbo button again and press the same button again and it becomes fully autonomous. I know mine should because I won't be using it as a control panel, I'll be using it while I'm working on my computer, and in game it will shoot and give me experience points or gold/items, so when I play I'll play again play, I will have less work and this will make my gameplay more fun. Overall I only gave it 2 stars mainly due to the lack of vibration and weak kit but if you can't find an alternative standalone turbo function with hands free vibration and turbo (i.e. standalone). Then this is the best choice for controllers. Red is a good color. But he's too expensive. If it was $30 what it costs in terms of hardware, I could get the full range of colors. Just in case 1 fails.
