Nice, but 2 safety defects
the price is great, but not at the expense of safety. Get rid of loosely woven, easily torn cotton threads (cotton threads clog the crop if swallowed) and those flimsy metal bells (which afflict many pet birds that bite and snag/cut ringlets). But straw toys would be a good option.
