Durability, better than OEM. Can also be used universally.

I bought them for another car but the rest fit my 2006 Nissan Sentra. Not for punches, although it's possible they can. I used them to hold the heatsink in place. They fit the brackets PERFECTLY replacing the old, removed, misaligned, pointless rubber "double bushings" that Nissan originally had.
