The cold shoe cannot be used when the phone is upright
Huh? For real? Flip it vertically and the cold shoe is on the bottom of the phone - the accessory should fit between the bracket and the bottom of the phone. And the accessories are at the bottom of the phone. hardly the most flattering position for the light. 3 stars because everything else is fine and I wasn't planning on using a cold shoe anyway, so that's fine with me, but maybe not with you, you vlog baddie.
