I use this bow on welcome baskets for my new tenants. They work great when they work. My first purchase 28/30 had no problems. At 2, fused sections were broken, rendering the bow unusable. For the price I found it acceptable. Half of my second order was dirty like it had been dropped and stepped on the floor including boot prints before they were packaged. I will not order again until the seller responds.
