It's very easy to use, it has all of my important contact info at hand for quick reference. I love that you can add notes/emails directly from an email or text message which is so convenient! The ability to quickly create new tasks & assign them out as well as send emails are also great features! Creating invoices have never been easier than using this app along side Quickbooks Online (which i don't like). Nothing really - just keep up w/the updates because they've made some changes recently that make things much better now! This helps me organize everything into one spot instead of several different apps across various devices. I love that it is easy to use, intuitive for beginners but also has advanced features if needed as well! The customer service from this platform could be better at times - they don't always respond when you need them most (i'm talking about emails or texts). We have been able to grow our client base by over 50% since we started using kiwilioverall project success rate through their system which includes invoicing/billing etc.
