Review on 💻 High Performance HP Non Touch I5 1035G1 Laptop with Backlit Keyboard by Michael Ward

When I first got this laptop I thought I made a BIG mistake, the touchpad didn't work, the backlit keyboard didn't light up, a lot slow. I played around with it for several hours that evening and gave up. I'm a computer guy, not a mechanic lol. The next morning I contacted HP support. The best computer scientists! We did remote access and completely updated the OS, BIOS, all drivers, almost everything, even extended the factory warranty. This process took a whole day, but I basically didn't have to do anything. In fact, I did laundry, did housework, and even traveled on business. After that, the precision touchpad worked perfectly, the best I've ever used, as did the keyboard. I really thought it was still running a bit slow but to my surprise HP support called me back the next morning because they noticed it too. They asked to come back remotely to make some changes to some operational settings. They took about 10 minutes and OMG how fast! To be honest I can't say enough good things about HP support and this HP laptop! Just so you know, this is the first review I have ever left, good or bad. about nothing.
