Good Manifold Includes Manifold, Gaskets, (2) Exhaust Bolts and Heat Shield. The machined surface was smooth, checked with a straight edge. Fixed exhaust ticking, a ticking that lasted for 2-3 minutes when the SUV was first started. The original Ford header was defective, the front pipe was 1/8" less than the flat/straight with the other 3 pipes. Before starting work, it is highly recommended that new stainless steel bolts and nuts (8), do not clamp, right hand drill and use a puller.I broke 2 studs removing the manifold and had to drill/pull them out (didn't have to remove the cylinder head.) Took 2 1/2 days on a 2007 Ford Explorer.Saved $1000-$1500 if you do the work on a done own.
