The adapter board is well made and easy to install for anyone familiar with installing adapter boards on a PC. Adding this upgrade to the Core 2 Duo-era HP DC7900 SSF required replacing the mounting bracket with a flat mounting bracket (included) that was easily replaced with two screws. This change added 2 USB 3.0 ports on the back of the PC which had 8 USB 2.0 ports. The ports worked great for high-speed data transfer with USB 3.0 flash drives, which is what they're used for. The internal USB port has not yet been used.
