Review on Supersonic SC-28 DVD Player - Powerful 2-Channel Device by Duane Rogers
Playable regions and video formats
I didn't buy this player from Revain, I bought it from Ebay. If you want to use USB or SD inputs, the video format that works best is SVCD, AVI formats mostly don't work with other codecs. The normal VCD format also worked, but you couldn't skip chapters. The device is very light and the power bank or wallwart is a modern "switchable" type, similar to a cell phone charger. All my recorded DVD+R discs played without skipping or freezing. Ironically, however, the device must be set to REGION 1 or US, but will not play rented or purchased DVDs. But the recorded image of the same disc is played back. If anyone knows Supersonic region codes please help.
