I ordered this item in a size 12 (my usual shirt size is 10 or 12) to keep it during of my training in the water, which I do in a pool with a temperature of 80 degrees or less. A lot of wetsuit jacket reviews said they were too tight so I went with the 12. Although if they fit well around the waist and arms the pool water rushes up the neck and the top is too loose. So I got cold again with every new flow of water. After trying about 10 times, I just gave up and decided that freezing right away and trying to get used to it was better than falling into repeated bouts of water. All in all, this didn't solve my aversion to cold water.
