I couldn't find any info on the height of the bottom of the bench to the table so I blind ordered it. Well my lamp matches the others perfectly while still having access to the buttons on the lamp. For those wondering, the height from desk to armrest is 4 5/8 inches. If your lamp is less than 4 1/2 inches, you're fine. The armrest is then well filled with sturdy legs that need to be screwed in with an Allen key. The holes were lined up exactly so it was very easy. I don't do manicures professionally so I use it as a footstool when I'm not using it because I'm short lol.
