That's what I was afraid of. I ordered XL for my 40 inch waist and it's too tight around the buttocks and hips. Chinese manufacturers do not understand that an increase in the waist also means an increase in other measurements. The material is thin and looks cheap. Since they have a drawstring I was able to pass them on to my wife who can sync them.
